We specialise in manufacturing and installing shadeports with an array of colours and range of different shapes and sizes. We have shadeport solutions available to suit any home or offices parking area. The Shade port frames are covered with ultraviolet stabilized polyethylene shade cloth and double stitched for extra strength. Frames are rolled domes and no sharp edges. Only Galvanized cable is used. The shade cloth gives between 92% – 98% UV protection (dependant of colour). Various colours of shade cloth and poles are available and can be colour coded.Powder coating is available for the structures on certain colours or we can paint the structure with a 2 in 1 steel coat paint.
We also specialize in shade port re-netting, if you feel your shade ports net has lived its live, we will come and remove your old net and supply and fit a brand-new net.
This product is supplied with 4 posts to support the shade netting structure on all four corners.
Standard Four Pole Shade Ports:
This option offers a two-pole system Shade Port at the back, as a simple solution that allows for complete access when turning into a parking bay, which reduces the probability of a pole being knocked by a vehicle.
Cantilever Shade Ports
Our shade-netting is ideal for industrial, commercial and domestic applications. The nets are manufactured using High Density Polyethylene, UV stabilisers and high-quality refined pigments, which prevents fading. Strength within the individual yarns provides overall agility and longevity. The nets have a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty against UV degradation. Our nets can also be used for tension structures and shade-sails and provides protection against sun, rain, hail, frost, dew, tree sap and bird droppings. A well designed and installed shade-net structure can enhance the appearance of outdoor surroundings.
For the sewing of the seams & joins of our shade-nets, we use a top-of-the-range UV stabilized thread. The UV thread will outlast any other cheap sewing thread on the market by at least an additional two years. We also use well-maintained industrial sewing machines, which will stitch 2x threads into a continuous double row with the correct tension and will prevent the seams from coming undone prematurely.
Another important part of the shadeport structure is the cable which runs all the way around the perimeter of the shade-net. Galvanised steel cable is regular steel cable that has been covered in zinc to make them corrosion resistant. We use a 4/5mm diameter high-quality galvanized steel wire rope, not the cheaper 3mm diameter wire rope. This in turn will not causes the cable to fray, which damages the shade-net seams and will eventually snap, releasing all tension.
